I was pleasantly surprised by my weekend stay at the hotel. My room overlooked the river Ness, which was a luxurious touch I didn't expect. The deluxe king room was spacious and modern, providing a comfortable retreat. However, being located in the Waterside ‘annexe' made it slightly detached from the main hotel, and having a separate reception desk in that area could have improved the experience.

The hotel offers lovely, spacious rooms that are clean and well-presented. While the price may be on the higher side compared to the facilities provided, the absence of free Wi-Fi and a lack of natural light affected the overall comfort of the stay. The reception staff could have been more welcoming, and the presence of a strange cupboard outside the window was a bit off-putting.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days. While the location was convenient, close to town, and had a nice view of an old church across the water, the rooms lacked proper indicators on the taps and a functioning shower handle, making it the worst hotel during my 4-week Scotland trip. The staff seemed indifferent, and the alley view with dumpsters wasn't appealing.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms, though clean and with a view of the river, had some issues with noise and temperature control. The service, while helpful at times, could have been more informative. The location was great with a parking option but lacked a lounge area. The dining experience, in a separate building, could have been better. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had some positives.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were huge, but the bathroom was very small and somewhat overlooked the parties. I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was great, close to the shopping district and old town center, I felt pressured during check-in with the requirement to provide my card details. The welcome was not very warm, and the room overlooked a building site, which wasn't pleasant. Despite a decent night's sleep, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
